tracking says parcel receiced but till now not receive yet,
i need my parcel . normally they will inform by watsapp or call but till today nothing.

barang saya telah sampai ke sebuyau pada 29/10. tetapi tidak mendapat sebarang notification dari pos lanju sebuyau dan barang saya telah d return semula ke hub parcel domestic shah alam. ( NO PARCLE : PS446993132268. pertanyaan saya adakah boleh jika saya minta untuk d pos semula barang saya??

Parcel berstatus "Consignment dispatch out from Transit Office" di PosLaju Parcel Hub pada 3.42 pagi pada 4 April 2019 sehingga ke hari ini tiada update. Call PO Alor Setar tanya status boleh bagi excuse parcel naik flight padahal kita tau parcel dah naik lori. Bila kita tanya lagi terus pegawai PO Alor Setar letak telefon.
