lama sgt peram

Parcel EP802126875MY masih tidak sampai. thru tracking & trace start delivery 26/08/2021, deliver di parcel hub shah alam 27/08/2021 until now 30/08/2021. Cuba hubungi shah alam, status deliver ke pos laju bandar dato onn tapi tidak discan n diberitahu kemungkinan item bermasalah. Macam tu ke sistem pihak poslaju? Cuba kol 07-5113647 n 07-3333333 xde pick up langsung. Mohon selesaikan isu ini sebelum saya ambil tindakan selanjutnya dan minta poslaju ganti rugi jumlah barang saya.
