baby wipes packages

I bought a big case (800) of parents choice baby wipes from Walmart last week. When we opened up the box of wipes a few of the packages didn't have a plastic top on them like they are supposed to. So three of the packages dried up once we opened them. Please make this up because we always use parents choice products and have never before had a problem.
