1. The Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PARMA) was set up by the Pakistan president on or after 27 October 2002 and had to be finaced by the bueget of the president.
Each president's ordinance can not be valid longer than 360 days total: it shall be ether expired or enacted in the form of law by the Parliament during the period of its validity (Art. 89 of Constitution).
It is uncalear, how it became possible, the parliament approved the annual budgets for 19 years, where PARMA exists from 2003 beyond Art. 7 of Constitution, if the publications at the PARMA web site, where the president, as their highest authority, is forgotten, are correct.
