Incorrect parts

Parts Geek shipped me the incorrect radiator for my 2003 F-250, I am not even sure what vehicle it is for!?
After calling their horrible customer service center I was not helped. I ended up submitting a ticket online, and spending 5days emailing back and forth with they proceeded to charge me for return shipping after sending me the wrong parts! Horrible customer service and bad business, I will not order any parts from this company again.

Rusten EGR Valve

Partsgeek.com sent me a rusted, used, old, dusty Standard Motor Products EGR Valve. Bag that had the part was already open in the box. Smeared oil all over the inside of the box, from most likely the used part came for the engine that it was in. Beyond frustrated with this company.

In Jesus name I pray; that the Lord would bring justice to this company. I pray that the owner would come to know the Lord Jesus and change his ways. I pray that this company would refund all the people they have done wrong. I pray that this company would be blessed once they are able to repent from their old ways. In Jesus' name amen.

Rusten EGR Valve

Please read,


Ordered Standard Motor Products EGR Valve for my 1998 Chevy Malibu. The was delivered within three days, which was good. The bad thing was. it was used, rusted, and has a thick layer of dust all over it. The bag that it was in, was torn open already in the box. They sent me trash basically. More than overwhelmed with frustration with this company.

I pray in Jesus' name, that Partsgeek.com would hear from the Lord, that God would bring justice to this company. The owner of Partsgeek, would come to know the Lord Jesus, and change the way he operates his company for the better. I pray all these things, in Jesus' mighty name, amen.

Deceptive catalog parts/sales. BEWARE!!!

First, let me just start with saying they sent incomplete tracking numbers for 5 packages. At first, I only received 2 in a shipment marked "2 pieces" and couldn't not track the rest with Fed Ex because ALL of the packages had the exact same tracking number that was emailed to me from PartsGeek shipping. The result was "Delivered".

If you have an order/service question or issue, you can only fill out an online form. ONLY ONCE. (they link it to your email address). You cannot talk to a human (unless you call a sales agent and beg for help).

I ordered, among other things, control arms with ball joints for my Element. (They arrived 2 days after the 1st shipment on a Fri nite before my Saturday install appointment).
PartsGeek catalog clearly states "Features: ball joints and bushings included for a complete installation, saving time and labor (where applicable)."
Guess what?? No ball joints! I was already at the shop for scheduled repair and had to pay retail upcharge for ball joints. Was totally stuck with car half apart. Didn't save time, and cost me more money.

Parts Geek response:
"None of the control arms for your vehicle come with ball joints as the vehicle manufacturer only sells the ball joints separate so that is how they come in the aftermarket. The listing stated with ball joint and bushing(where applicable) but it's not applicable for your vehicle since they are not sold that way."

Say what?!?! "Not applicable"??? NOWHERE on the description or website is there a list of applicable vehicles. Honda Elements really DO have ball joints. I promise!

You can go look up the part yourselves:
2003-2011 Honda Element Control Arm #W0133-1839636. It clearly states "With Ball Joints"

What a bunch of SUMBAGS!!!

Missing part

Ordered an AC kit from partsgeek and received it minus the oriface tube. No way to contact customer service except through a form on their website. Then, you'll have to wait 1-2 days for a response. Just went and bought the part from Napa to avoid the extra delay. Crappy customer service. First and last time I'll order from them.

sent wrong part

ordered an alternator from parts geek as per their website. website stated exact model of our vehicle under the part description. after receiving the part it was obvious it was the wrong part. the mounting bolts were in the wrong orientation (90 deg rotated) from the original part and there were only bolts whereas the original part had three making it impossible to use the part. after hours on the phone on hold and very abusive customer support they simply refused to pay for the return shipping regardless of the fact that their website had the part listed as fitting our exact year/make and model. it was a stressful waste of life trying to deal with them. found out some of their employees have a nickname so you can barely keep track of who you are talking to. the worse parts was they kept telling us they could make an exception and that the mailing label would be emailed to us in 24 hrs only to put us off for several more days. what a total disaster - what mean obnoxious people. never again. telling everyone i know to avoid them like the plague.

customer service

I have ordered twice now from PartsGeek.com. I have not had any issues getting the parts I ordered or getting my money back for the core returns. I ordered (2) parts on my first order and returned the core's separately. They returned both core charges to my credit card without any issues. I followed the RMA request for each as directed. Communication via email was great, tracking numbers were emailed too me. I have not had a need to call them on the phone, since all the information I needed was sent via email. So far so good and they seem to beat prices for parts from RockAuto and sometimes even Amazon.

customer service

I ordered parts from Auto Part Geek. I told them I orderred the wrong parts but I wrote them more than 10 emails only got auto reply back and keep calling them but only hear music playing "We are extremely have high call volume please submit ticket" I submitted ticket and keep emails them as mentioned above and still no response. "Please do not order any things from this Part Geek any more" Their customer service is badddddddddddd". I don't why this company still stay in business. I agreed with all complain above.
