Same experience. I returned parts for credit and can not get a refund or a response as to what is going on. It has been over 5 months without resolution!

I ordered parts for my Chrysler PT Cruiser and did not receive the correct parts. When I tried to contact the company by phone, I could not get through. After many attempts, I realized that they have no customer service department by phone-just a recorded message that makes it sound like you are on hold until they hang up on you. My next attempt to reach the company about their mistake was e mail. Not much luck here either because I only got these short sentence responses saying that I have to return the parts with a restocking fee and I have to pay postage to return a heavy part I did not even order. After writing back saying it was unethical for a company to practice this way, they said that they just don't have an exchange program. I have a feeling that partsgeek must hire cheap labor with no skills. BUYER BEWARE: YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH WHEN ORDERING FROM PARTSGEEK!

every body needs to turn them into the the BBB THEN THEY WILL HAVE TO ANSWER TO THEM..THAT IS HOW U GET A BUSINESS WHICH IS DOING THINGS WRONG IN HOT WATER..WHEN THE BBB GETS COMPLAINTS THEY LOOK INTO IT..U ALL HAVE CHANGED MY MIND ON ORDERING FROM PARTS GEEK

The BBB is toothless. You WILL know what you will be stuck with if you bother to read the terms and consditions and returns/refunds policy before placing an order.
