I have been trying to cancel this product for months. Last month I spoke with someone that assured me this would be done and again this month I am charged. Please stop sending this product and reimburse me my charges.

I called last month and finally got someone, they promised to cancel this on going charge to my credit card.
I have been trying for the last three months. Please stop shipping and reimburse my payments.
