Hands down the worst customer service I have experienced. Everything takes two business days to do anything not to mention the 24hr delay after activation. My suggestion is don't use this service as it will only leave you dissapointed and most likely in a place you don't want to be without access to your money. It has been about two weeks and I still don't have full access to the money on my card. I can't wait to get all my money off this card.
