This company has been harassing me for years on a supposed loan that I never got. Nor have I ever needed a payday loan for any reason. I continue to not answer and let them leave me voicemails wanting my address, phone number, place of employment and threatening me with a lawsuit and jail.
As far as I am concerned they are the ones that will be jailed for harassment, threats, falsifying information wire fraud.

I have no worries, but they should.

This guy doesnt stop harrassing i find it interesting Mr. James Bolton has no address no phone number and sends email to three different poeple one social and makes the threats that he does and yet has nothing but bunch of names a social and his legal bull shit copied straight out of a law book. And weve contacted our attorney who has told us noone collects a debt real or not through a threating email. And has convicted one regardless of it true false right wrong person he a fraud SCAMMER and I think Mr. james Bolton needs to get his karma. For being the lying fraudulant jerk his sorry ass is.

I was contacted last year buy these same people the monday of Labor day saying they were with USA QUICK PAYDAY loans and this year I got the same emails the monday of Labor day saying they were from PayDay One. I tried to get them to tell me any information and they never would help me and today I got this one. I am sure these are both scams as a warrent was never issued last year and I have never recieved money from either company.
