So my previous years of having the FSA card was through my flex spending account. That's what it was called through my employer. So. The first year there was a limit of $500. Then $750 and then $1000. This was perfect for me and my ever so often sick kids. So we got a new contract at work and apparently they've never heard of it. We finally got offered payflex their likitvwas $2600. Because of course I will use it all.
Well apparently you can't your your pay flex card for shit because you have to verify everything yourself. Dental visits. Medical visits all of the above. I'm so pissed I used my card which is my money that gets taken from my check bi weekly, that I earn for working my tail off and they tell me that I need to provide proof, bills and payment receipts. Look you all rude ass individuals I don't have time for this. I have a life to live and ppl to take care of. Why should I waste my time on something that should be in your job title. If it needs to be verified and you need to do all this research, if it's not flex appropriate then it should be denied. Otherwise, approve it. They "paused" my card because I didn't show documention. Umm bullshit! I sent you what I received from all the doctors appointments and now I can't use my money. This is the worst experience I've had dealing with this and if I'm still under the same contract next year I will not get this stupid system. Oh and btw your money is use it or lose it. So I guess I will be just handing money to the government even more. Thanks payflex and congress hall are awesome.
