I worked for Payflex thrue a staffing agency (6 month contract) for 6 months & 1 week.

I learned everything I needed to know + more thrue the personal training classes & excessive studying on my own. I did assist almost all 95% of my incoming customers calls by giving them current/past account info, telling & explaining why they haven't received their reimbursements, what forms where missing & guiding them with what they all needed to re-send us.

It was satisfying helping them to solve the problem we m so they can get the money that is rightfully theirs, but it was very disturbing when almost all of them told me that none of the previews agents told them all the important info I did.

The supervisors, 1 in particular was a piece of --i- at that job. She had been their for years & didn't know what she was suppose to, didn't train like she was suppose to, didn't assist customers on the phone like she was suppose to, almost always smelled like sewage. My guess is that that is 1 of the reasons everything went down hill, cause of mainly her.

I now that after I left (since my contract ended & I didn't want to renew it cause of all that --i- that was going on), many of my regular national customers that I assisted & helped where asking the reps that answered for them to transfer them to me since I knew what they'd need & guide them in the right direction with the right information, but I wasn't there to help them anymore.

P.S. I got a bunch of positive recorded compliments from customers on my 6 months on the job.
