No Refund

HELP!!!
I paid $800.00 to "The payment Help Center" in Florida to get a mortage modification with a money back guarantee. They did nothing for 6 months and my house was forclosed on. Now they won't answer my phone messages regarding the money back guarantee.

The same happened to us in RI, and the attorney generals office said its against the law for these places to get money up front, ,
