E-mail received from [email protected]

today I have received E-mail from Reserve Bank of India Foreign Exchange Department that pending funds of 500,000.00 GBP in the reserve bank of India, New Delhi head office to be released after deposit of Rs. 17,500 INR towards RBI crediting fees in any of the local bank after that funds will be initiated. Hence we want clarification regarding this E-mail is true or false.
