UNAUTHORIZED HARD INQUIRY

I have a new hard inquiry on my credit report from Pay Pal (CCB/PPC) that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE.
I never applied for a credit line with them and hope you can help remove this from my credit.
This was never authorized and I never plan to use paypal credit.
