no account but shows on credit report

I show a pay pal balance on my credit bureau. not sure how this can be as we have pay pal associated with our bank. the balance showing is $69.00 if i owe this please advise what was purchased and why it wasn't removed from our account and also how to pay this bill. I cannot have this affecting our credit.

Hard Pull on Credit Not Authorized

PayPal did a hard pull which was not authorized and effected my score. I think that they need to go through their system and correct all the reports they pulled from or pay those folks for what they did. This is NOT OKAY
