In July of 2018, PayPal changed their bank. In this change, my APR was raised six percent, from 19% to 25%. When I called and asked why my APR was at this rate, I was told that they changed banks and raised the APR. I have been a customer of PayPal for several years. My account has never been in error. I have never missed a payment. I relayed all this information to the PayPal employee and asked that my APR be reduced. I was told that there is NO WAY to reduce this six percent increase. I suggest everyone out there is check their account and see if your rate has gone up. It's stealing from their customers....you and me!
