I found purchases I hadnt made online at paypower. I called paypower, they cancelled my card, said they would send me a new card, verified what I saw online and told me to fill out amdispute form. I cant do this because I have no card, and cannot call them because my card was cancelled. I bought the card where I work. What do I do?

I found errors online for purchases in CA. I called paypower, they immediately cancelled my card, said they would send me a new one and told me to fill out an online dispute form. Imcan no longer fill out a dispute form or talk to paypower because my card is cancelled. I work, at Safeway which sells paypower. Do I need to contact the person who stocks these or what. I hate to involve them. I have over 180.00 missing from my old card. I was told it would betaken care of with the form. I even sent an e mail.
