money debited from debit card while adding into paytm wallet but transaction failed and it did not showing the transaction id and reference number

mene paytm wallet se 30-01-2018 ko college fee submit ki but transaction fail ho gya fee submit nhi huyi but abhi tk mere paytm wallet me 700 rs ka transaction jo fail hua vo rs wallet m vps add nhi huye h plz refund my money as soon as possible. paytm mob no. 9617723935

I have registered my complaint with paytm cybercell with ref no. 30187482 & ref no.30393788 regarding fraud done to me through paytm of Rs. 6450. Its been more than a week now and still no action has taken against it.No confirmation mail has been received to me regarding refund. Please do the need and help me in refunding my money. Please refund my money back. All the details are provided to paytm team still they are not refunding money.
