WORST SERVICE PROVIDING FOR THE PARTICULAR ORDER NUMBER, Not REFUNDING MY Money Since Past 1 Month. Whenever I call them they explain the same Excuse, apart from that i almost texted 100 and up messages, but still they are not REFUNDING MY MONEY.

I have a major issues in terms of transfer my wallet account to my bank account.
1. I want to transfer 1000 Rs which is paid to me by someone, it comes to my wallet and i not able to get that money, for getting that i have to pay 500 Rs as transfer charge for that.

Kindly provide an acceptable reason that why should i pay a single Rs. for getting that money.

Before and after providing ATM card your words is getting change.
Note: Only cashback amount will not go to Account from wallet.

Its been 2 days up now, still no response from paytm

what's wrong with #PAYTM.
yesterday i have done recharge for Videocon DTH.
money got debited from wallet immediately(8.28PM, 10th Nov'17) and after 2days also it is showing as Processing.

please note: till now i have not any sms or mail regarding this payment, where as money got deducted my account/Bank.

and i contacted #PAYTM customer care through app & reported this issue almost 4time but i have not got any sms/mail for the compliant registration

and i contacted #PAYTM customer care through phone, it is not all getting connected to recharge section, i called 20times still they got disconnected.
now i only have to pay phone(call charge) bill for all this shit caused by this #PAYTM.

I used "Credit & Debit cards / Net Banking / Wallet (Powered by Paytm)" option in IRCTC web site to reserve tickets. Its already been a week but I haven't got any refund till date. Please resolve the situation or tell me how much time it takes.

The worst customer service support team I have ever came across. Contacted 30 times in a day for product delivery issue. But still no solution. This will be my first and last time to order from paytm. Very frustrated and upset with the way you guys treat a customer.
Other apps are much better and reliable.

Ordered lg refrigerator on 3 sept. Max delivery date was 6 sept, on 4 September it showed delivered. Since then I am not able to track my order.
