Absolutely Horrible service for PC Richard outsourced company Aid based out of Queens. Oven was reported to PC RICHARD as not working on 1/11/18. The “serviceman” in his own private vehicle with no PC RICHARD associated identification arrived on 1/18/18 to very what we stated on the phone, that our oven was not heating, and told us it would be “a few days” until the part was in to schedule repair. After multiple phone calls to PC RICHARD, we were told it is 7-10 business days for a part to be ordered and arrive. 7-10 business days for a major corporation to receive a part that I was able to find on the internet and have arrive with shipping in 2 days??? I was assured that the part would arrive within the 7-10 days. I asked if a service call could be scheduled in anticipation for installation and was informed no. I expressed my concern that once the part arrived, the installation would be another week away, and was assured by the supervisor should this occur, to again call PC RICHARD and they would advocate on our behalf for a sooner service date. Well, that exact scenario played out, except PC RICHARD is unable to assist their customers. This is AWFUL customer service. As I am on hold, I’m listening to the audio stating “we stand behind our products”, “we have 2 state of the art repair facilities”, “certified technicians”, and pride themselves on being “a company you can trust”. Apparently not.
