I brought a Frigidaire Range stove on 7/25/2020, it was floor sample & when I looked at it, it looked brand new. I had it delivered on 8/5/2020 by PC Richard Company, then I had my Super install it a few days later. Buying a Floor sample they didnt give me much of a discount
On the Statement that the salesmen gave me it said "NO DENTS & NO SCRATCHES". When I went to use the stove the burners were covered with what it looks like Paint and it looked like it was already used and they sold it to me.
I went back to PC Richards in Carle Place & the Manager said that I can remove the burner and clean it better, in other words, I don't clean that well.
I went to 3 different PC Richards & they told me that what it looked like, the damage should not happen in 3 months, that should have happened in about 3 to 4 years of useage, not 3 - 4 month.
All I'm requesting is to get a Credit so that I can go to another PC Richards of my choice & get Newer one, not a floor sample.
