For example, the website always posts that buying items does not affect whether one will win. My sister-in-law purchases (and returns) items on a weekly basis. EACH and every week, she "WINS" anywhere from 10 to 50 dollars (and never plays any games). Please explain to me and ALL consumers how this is happening especially those that play online daily - hoping for just one chance to win some money.
