Ordered the new complete weight watches cookbook and it's for the old program. So now need to send back

Ordered motion activated soap dispenser & set of 3 flameless candles. Both have stopped working in 6 months or less. No longer have original packaging to return.

Ordered a soap dispenser and it arrived. I opened only to find that the on/off switch is not functional. The one item plus shipping and Handling ($7.99) came to $27.95. I can't use it. They want me to send this item back which is ok with me BUT I have to pay to send it back. They won't send a return label with postage for their defective item. I have been a customer for close to ten years on a steady basis and they treat me this way. I invested a lot of money with PCH in those years and they only want $$$$ not customer satisfaction. I have been happy with them up to this point but this was not right.

PCH accepts orders and sends out broken products for which they overcharge shipping and handling costs. Then they begin dunning for payment. It is advisable not to do business with PCH.
