they took 39.99 out of my account unauthorized and are hard to get a hold of. I don't even use this software anymore, it does not work very good. I feel since I dont even use the software and I do not want to give them the money it is stealing. The do not leave a phone number with the bank or the e-mail. they do not give warning of taking out money like they say. they eimail when it is being taken out not before no warning. This could cause things to bounce in my account.

they have done the same thing to me three years in a row. I don't even use their product and they don't have me registered as a user, yet they keep stealing my money every year. It is fraud and theft.
