I have read many of the complaints and I fall right in with most of you. We built a home in 2004. I completed hours of research in picking out the best window product. I seemed to have failed. The windows we have leak, seals are broken and weirdly, it seems like windows are not even installed as you can be outside and hear practically everything sound wise inside. If a class action suit is filed, count me in. I checked with my homeowners policy but not covered. I know where to get really great prices on used windows. Come out and take them. They are useless especially when we experience cold, frigid Michigan winters.
