I have two triangle shaped windows, peach tree of course.. the seals are broken on both, they look extreamly dirty. Have to replace both.

We built our home in 2001 and we've had problems with our Peachtree windows and doors ever since (these windows were recommended by our builder). The problems we continue to have include, but are not limited to: cloudy/foggy glass; leaking windows in which cold air/dirt get inside (bad seals?); they won't completely close/open properly; rotting around windows (see picture). We previously addressed the problems with our builder/Peachtree company, but the issues were never resolved. I've read multiple complaints about this company and their windows/doors, but unfortunately Peachtree has gone out of business. Many people mention filing a class action lawsuit, but I don't know if that's possible since they went out of business. I went ahead and filed a complaint with www.classaction.org
