We have 23 windows/2bay windows/patio door that were purchased when we built our home in 1992. We completed the proper warranty info and bought these at the Peachtree Store not at another retailer. The windows and doors have lost their seal, the locks have broken off.. We take great pride in our home and I am just sick of my windows and doors looking nasty and I cant even see out of them. The amount of $ we paid for them and we bought Peachtree due to their supposably reputation has let us down. We cant afford to pay to have our entire home replaced with windows and doors thats why we bought some with life time warranty!!
