The law firm of Gutride Safier LLP is investigating allegations that Peak Life LLC's marketing practices violate state and federal laws. In particular, Peak Life encourages consumers to sign up for a "free sample" of its Somnapure product. Peak Life then asks consumers to provide their payment information in order to pay for shipping and handling to receive the sample. In fact, however, Peak Life deceptively collects consumers' payment information to enroll them in a Subscription Program with recurring monthly charges.

In addition, Peak Life markets Somnapure as being "natural" or "all natural," when in fact the product contains synthetic, non-natural ingredients.

On September 26, 2015, Gutride Safier, on behalf of its client, filed a class action complaint against Peak Life for these deceptive practices.

I ordered the free sample from this company and paid shipping and handling. The person I ordered from said I would not receive any further shipments because I declined them and then called to ensure this would not happen. My sample bottle arrived June 2012, it was horrible. It actually caused an allergic reaction whereby my heart was racing and I had severe abdominal pain.
I called the company to make sure I would not receive any further bottles of this product. I was assured by a man named Jason that I was not going to receive any further shipments.
July came, and I was sent a bottle of pills and charged $75 on my bank card. This happened again in August, but I didnt realize it until my neighbor came over with my mail because it was accidentally delivered to them.

I called the company yet again (peaklife) and they gave me a cancelation number and said to mail back what i have and they will reimburse me. I never received my money back even though I paid to have these items returned.
Now they are telling me to contact the post office to get a tracking number from them!
I mailed back the items wth THEIR tracking number.
I am so angry. I have spent over $150 for nothing. They are scamming people left and right.
