I ordered a sail in June of 2019, just prior to July 4 holiday.

July 16 e-mail from Peak Sails saying sail would be done within 10 days

July 16 I finish paying $1015 to Peak Sails to get it delivered

August 20 Peak Sails writes via e-mail that sail has been delivered to freight forwarder, (in-named)

September 3 Peak Sails shares that their offices are closed in their residential home office after a cranky inquiry on my part, due to hurricane and are unable to respond. I received that automatic email reply on my smart phone, as I bet they got their email on smart phone also

September 13 Peak Sails claims sail has shipped and they will send e-mail “next-week” with tracking info. E-mail next week? Nope

No e-mail since.

I am starting a phone call and email campaign to wear them out starting tomorrow.

The fact that there is no rating with the BBB in Virginia is irrelevant.

It is simply an indication that there have been no complaints about Peak Sails North America in the past five years.

The BBB does offer a service to businesses that are willing to pay an annual fee to be listed and "affiliated" with them. We do not feel the cost is justified.

Peak Sails doesn't have an A rating on Better Business Bureau in Tysons Corner, VA. If you seach for a business named "peak" or Peak sails" near Tyson Corners, VA, on BBB.org, you get a bunch of businesses but not Peak Sails. So Peak Sails' "corporate counsel" is talking nonsense.

I just tried searching BBB.org for any business in Tysons Corner, VA named "Peak". or "peak Sails" There's no listing for them. Definitely not an A rating.
