BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Last year I ordered a headsail for my boat. I made the initial payment as requested and received an email reply that the sail was on order. About 4 months later, I received another email stating that my sail was ready for shipment and I needed to pay the balance on my order, which I promptly paid. Weeks went by and I never received my sail. I sent emails to the company requesting an update on my order and never received a single reply. I made multiple phone calls and all I ever got was an answering machine asking me to leave my name, phone number and a message. None of my calls were ever returned. I am out close to $700 and have not received my sail or any response from the company. I later started reading other reviews about this company and learned that mine was not an isolated case by far.

THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!! BUY YOUR SAILS AND PRODUCTS FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Took my money and never shipped my sails! Placed my order for a Tri-Radial mainsail and a 135% Genoa on July 18, 2018 and paid the deposit. Received another invoice and paid the balance on September 18, 2018. It is now December 18, 2018 and have not been able to get anyone on the phone, they do not respond to my emails. I have repeatedly called and emailed Chris Stevens, Connie Parr and Summer Wang. No Sails, No Response. I have been ripped off for over $1,500. No choice but to get a lawyer.
