I had called and complained about my Peebles bill! Knew I had not charged anything and kept getting emails....would pay one off...then the next month have another charge....I had asked three times for paper billing and since we have had charge card have only received one. I had been having problems with my computer and was in the shop for awhile. As I told the man I talked to earlier.....would not have to bother anyone with my charge card again...it was being cut up. Was not aware of the late fee....had never been told. The nice so called man did not seem to care. Someone else had told me not to charge anything! A lesson well learned. Thank you!

I would like to know where my gift cards are that I was to get by signing up for account assure. I was to get one from peebles and bon ton. can some one look into this and send me a email to [email protected] it's been a month. These gift cards were to be 20.00 each and for me waiting so long I feel you should send me out 40.00 each not 20.00. I don't feel I should of had to wait all this time. Thank you
