We received so far (4) issues of People Magazine. We did not order this magazine. I filed a complaint with PEOPLE Magazine on line, however, we received the following message,

"Since your order was placed through an agency, it will be necessary for you to contact them. Our agreement with all agencies is that any such action must be taken only with their approval."


What you are asking is impossible, if we did not order the magazine, how would we know what agency to call. Sounds like a scam is going around and we are having a hard time to figure out why we are getting these magazines? This is very disturbing and the issues needs to stop coming through.

Please do something about controlling these agencies and cease and desist sending to us magazines of any kind.

People Magazine suddenly started to show up in my mailbox. To make matters worse, the name on the magazine is that of my mother, who's been deceased for over 25 years. I know for a fact that she never had such a subscription when she was alive. How do I contact this publisher with a "cease and desist" order/request? It's very disconcerting to have this happen.

People Magazine just started showing up without any explanation. Even worse, it has my mother's name on it and she's been deceased for more than 25 years! How do I contact the publisher and cancel this unwanted magazine?

I’ve received some People magazine. I thought one of my friends was playing a joke, because I don’t read this crap! I’m not interested in gossip, it’s just wrong. So why am I still receiving this crap?

While i was in the hospital for 15 days a people magazine showed up and another was delivered today. I DON'T READ THIS CRAP AND NEVER ORDERED IT. Our local news station did a report on this so I went on line found people magazine customer service #1-877-604-6512 called an a lady who could barley speak ENGLISH wanted the account # (DON'T HAVE ONE) my zip code then name and tried for my email which i told her she wasn't getting then had the balls to ask for my credit card #. I repeated to her again if I want one of those crappy magazines I would pick it up in a store. She tells me i have to fully cancel this piece of crap by going to cancelmag.com and says she has a couple more magazines for me again i told her NO AND as i hungup i googled that site canclemag.com found it DOES NOT EXIST ALONG WITH MANY OTHER PEOPLE'S COMPLAINTS AND AFTER READING SOME FIGURED EVERYONE HAD PLACED AN ORDER WITH FRAGRANCE.NET.
I WILL NOT PLACE ANOTHER ORDER WITH THEM.
Saw that someone to also call 1-800-PARFUMS (1-800-727-3867) Were closed so now i have to wait till Monday.

Have received (2) issues of People Magazine that I did not order.
