Service technician Jose Ordenez had horrible customer service. Complained that he did not want to work on my car, and gave me 'lip' about putting it back together after he took it apart.
I am not keen about anyone talking crazy to me that works in a customer service atmosphere. In addition, I believe an automotive service should be customer service friendly to help instill confidence that the work is getting done, or at least to assure you that you have not been forgotten in the waiting area.

NOTE: I waited in the waiting area for two hours while they removed a belt, and put the same belt back on... Hmm... Two hours?! Really?
