On the 30th Nov 2016 I bought a dstv decoder with installation at pepcell Jane furse, but when they must come to install they tell me about R150.00 that I must pay whereas the distance is not over 25km. I called the installers around Jane furse and they say R150.00, even the lady from pep told me about R150.00. I was so surprised when they told me that, I then realize that people from the rural areas are not treated the same as the ones at suburbs you won't strugle, the other installer even said to me that he has more customers so he doesn't care when I told him about the 25km, I am now stacked with the decoder with no installer.
