I totally disagree!! most of the complains are because THEY DO NOT READ THE LOAN AGREEMENT THEY SIGNED, come on people! you must read what you´re signing, they explain the payment options very well but maybe you didn´t pay attention to that, instead of signing right away you should READ the agreement and take your time, think about it and make sure that everything is right, also you can request them to send you all the info you need but you receive the cash and after that you never call to make a payment arrangement???? that´s so stupid, you must call them and make the arrangement!!! if you´re a good customer and a responsible person you will see that that company is not a scam, but you never call and you assume that they made a payment arrangement for you, If you read the agreement and pay attention to the representative you´ll see that the terms and conditions are good, if you don´t think so you can cancel the loan and that´s it... be more responsible please!!! look at the payment options: 1st: pay in full (loan+finance fee) 2nd partial payment (Finance fee + amount you choose in increments towards the loan) 3d option renewal (pay just finance fee UNTIL you can pay more to start paying down the loan) I know all that becasue I read my agreement...

SCAM!SCAM!SCAM! I got a $500 loan from pepper cash in Dec. of 2011. The total amount to be paid back was $625. I made arangements to have my first payment taken out in Jan of 2012 for the amount of $350.00, the next payment was to be the remanding balance. As of Mar. 2012 they were still making deductions from my account in the amounts of $97.26(four times) and a deduction on $121.14. Finally I called pepper cash to get some answers and mysteriously Pablo and I got disconnected when I was explaining my situation. I then called my bank to have the deductions stopped. The Bank agent called pepper cash and connected me on the line. Pablo then pretended as if he never spoke to me and didn't understand why I was so upset. Meanwhile he explained to me that of the $97.26 that was taken from my account only $25.00 wen towards the actual loan (this is not what was explained to me at the time of the loan). I then told him about my payment arrangements and he basically called me a liar and said no one could set my payments up that way and that if I didn't repay the entire loan the first time that I would have those deduction (that I previously mentioned). Nevertheless I made arrangements to pay the remaining balance of $250.00 in Apr. 2012 and my bank has put a stop payments on all amounts to pepper cash until then. PLEASE!PLEASE!PLEASE don't use these CONS!!
