Do not, DO NOT send this person any of your money for any reason!!! His handler is Chris L. Wayne or Chris Weyne of Atlanta. Do NOT send money! He is a scam artist! He will email you several times a day when he wants your money; but when you have questions about your documents, he NEVER responds! He did not respond to my emails until I began to call his a scam artists. He claims to be offended when he is called a thief.
