I am unhappy with the quality of the car body of the scratches area at new car BEZZA(VAC6043) I bought at PERDUA Dealer SEMBILANSJAYA SDN BHD ( nilai) on 12 may 2017 and I am writing to seek a replacement.

The new car scratches issue already reported to PERDUA Dealer ( nilai) , PERDUA Customer Relations Department and also PERDUAN service center nilai, until today still unable to resolute below issue.

Below is my feedback to PERDUA;
Why the car already has a body scratches area issue still sell to customer and unable to give any help from PERDUA site?
Why don't has a properly channel for customer to make complaint to PERDUA HQ about our problem?

Please help our for below issue ASAP.
