I ordered a Perfector Fusion Styler on February 14, 2014, on a 3 payment plan. At that time $48.32 (the first 33.33 payment plus shipping and handling) was charged to my credit card. I received the styler and tried same but it did not work on my hair because my hair is short and the barrel on the styler was too large. I called to arrange a return and the person I spoke with advised me they had a styler with a smaller barrel so I agreed to the exchange. I returned the first styler and received the second styler but found that it too was to large (not really any smaller than the first). I called again to arrange to return he second styler and and was told to go ahead and send it back and my account would be credited. I returned the second styler on March 6 and tracking showed it was delivered on March 8. On March 15, 2014 $33.33 was charged to my account, that being the second payment on the styler which was returned. I have called the company 4 times to get this straightened out and to this date have had no satisfaction. My account has still not been credited either payment. I don't know what else to do. I do not have a product but am still being charged for one.
