My Honda was met with flash flood incident on 24 May this year. With regret till to-date
I’m very disappointed with your Repairer-Peringgit Sri Auto(PSA), in their‘methodology’
In assessing the damages, and the same for Tokio Marine Insurance, the 2 approvals dated
5 July & 23 July respectively.

In my recent visit to PSA on 17 August, the interior cabin condition has further deteriorated, emitting a pungent foul-smelling. Besides, white moulds has grown and appeared on the steering pad surface. Hence, I would like to meet up with you within this week at Peringgit Sri Auto to review the actual situation of my vehicle before it declines from a bad to a deplorable state.
