Commercial Kennels are subject to a special use permit because they are not allowed uses, and require special permission to exist. That permission also requires the affected neighbors approval also. Since we no longer are subjected to the corruption in code enforcement, the chances of acquiring a special use permit for a commercial kennel are slim to none. You have my promise that we will vigorously oppose any kennel permits in the future whether or not there is a new home on the property". She has continued to harrass my family and has made numerous complaint to code enforcement to point that we are being demanded to demolish our family weekend residence due to her complaints and her knowedge in real estate allowed her to discover that my father did not get a permit over 30 years ago. She has sent over 300 emails to county offices demanding that we do what she wants us to do which are a variety of demands on her part as a real estate person. I have copies of most of the emails.
