The office hours are from 7:30 to 4:30 but when u get to maponya uif office they are already close at 2:30 pm and the doors are locked no one is allowed in because they are busy capturing is this right ? They decide when will they close for the day wow u wish we all had jobs like that and don't talk about the staffs attitude you can go and complain if you want to. They know that no one listens or care that is why the can be unhelpful and rude to us .whatever happened to compassion and kindness Mrs.B

I have been waiting at the dept of labour uif offices to be assisted. It is now 3 hours down line and we are still in the same spot we started. The ques are unorganized. When a " white lady" asked about the que she was told the white people always have a problem. I feel this comment was not fair.
