Please help to check my parcel to India (Tracking Numbers: EE045466340MY) which is stucked at KLIA Hub since 19 June 2020.

Selalu dapat sistem call fail!!!
Line tiba2 tak ada time call.. nak call back ambil masa 2-3 minit baru bole call back.. so frustrated dgn celcom.. celcom sekarang sangat teruk!!!!

Hi POSLAJU, barang saya kenapa still "item processed" since 3/7/2018? Barang tu cuma dari KL je, kenapa lambat sangat? Barang saya yang dari KELANTAN pun dah sampai. Padahal buyers POS HARI YANG SAMA! Call tak jawab. Call POSLAJU CENTRE lagi lah, "TAK DAPAT DIHUBUNGI" Pleaseeeeee, I NEED MY PARCEL. Thankyou!

NO INFORMATION and NO DELIVERY UPON ARRIVAL
What is the purpose of using POST LAJU SERVICE if my goods not deliver to my customer?? Please upgrade your service at POST LAJU MARUDI,BARAM SARAWAK. No calls, no delivery and they expect customer to go and check n pick the goods themselves at POST LAJU OFFICE.
What if THEY HAVE NO TRANSPORT TO PICK UP??
PLEASE RESPOND ASAP!!
