Hai my tracking number is EH731485294MY. I try to track my item on the tracking website it show out for delivery on 23rd of July 2018 but until now i yet received my parcel. and the tracking still hanging with the same status and date. Please! I'm begging, i need to received my parcel before this saturday due to i need to use it for event. Please ask your Klang Branch to answer call before i go to the branch and make noise. I have experience working with courier company and i do understand if there is heavy call and heavy customer coming to the branches for pickup their parcel. Please do add more staff for customer service to avoid this thing happen. Thank you.
