The worst service ever!! I have three complaints, this people takes us for granted, this one time I had to wait three days tell I call the delivery guy because my package was in the vehicle while he came and left for full three days in my area without dropping my package,and when I called he talked to me in a very aggressive manner.
Second one decided to go buy meat while on Duty and called me to pick up my my parcel at town because his meat was defrosting. I told him I can't then he said he will come tomorrow morning, he didn't come till I called him, then he instructed me to pick it up at the main road.
The last one is of today as I write this complaint I have been waiting for this guy for 7 days now, and am the only one who is calling to check and he promised me he will come today before 12am is now 16:56 he hasn't showed up yet and he claims he has many things to delivery meaning mine is not that important.
I am so done with this nonsense of a company.
