i just keep getting banned bruh i havent done anything but a group of high level players keeps reporting me for fake reasons

I had 67 gems and they are now missing. I WANT MY WELL EARNED GEMS BACK PLEASEEE😡😫

I have completed two collections of the pet shop, the devoted companion n the colossal canines, which should have rewarded me with a Jack Russell n a Boerboel respectively. Yet, in the end, I have only got two empty play pens n need to pay for these two items out of my pocket.

This should be something to do with the app itself. I tried to seek for assistance from Storm 8 in accordance with what has been suggested at the help centre of storm 8. The feedback is they don’t have resources to handle my problem n tell me to look for possible solution at forum.

It keeps saying it is having a hard time syncing with the server.

My Jack Russell keeps disappearing and I would have to store and it and replace it to get it back. Then I bought a mate for it but one is missing now and the game took my coins 🙄😡

I completed a challenge in order to get a jack russell then each time I returned to the game the pen was there but the dog wasn't. If I clicked on it there were no options for buying mate etc. I had to store and retrieve to get the dog back. Then i bought a mate and now 1 is missing again and my coins are gone but I have to rebuy a mate.

I have paid close to $200 on this game. I have recently noticed gems gone when I have not used them. Also at times when I do choose to use them for something (finishing breeding time early the animal does not show up) but the gems still get used. I am not sure exactly how many times my gems have disappeared but now I am watching it closely. VERY disappointing because I have spent A LOT of money on this game. This should not be an issue for such an expensive game.
