This company has sold me a defective product and will not honor my 2 year warranty.

I have faxed/emailed/snail mailed the company notifying them of this breach of contract. However they have yet to respond.

I will most likely have to end up suing them to get my CatGenie repaired.

Usually the complainer leaves out some critical piece of information. Companies honor warranties if it is within the time period, the item purchased from a proper seller (not at a flea market), item not tampered with and so forth. In this case the writer did not list the reason the company denied warrantied work which is the critical bit of info left out.
