Stuck Item

Please look into my parcel that has been stuck up since 21/04 under status consignment dispatch out from transit office.Have another one of my parcel from overseas which took only 9 days to received. For the local , this is really unacceptable, as the other country facing same situation. I hope u guys can work more efficient . Really appreciate if u can check my item below
