PETS PLUS has POOR customer service and truly does not care about the animals. They only care about the immediate "sale".

(Although you never did state if they actually paid for your dog to be spayed) But yes I understand no one likes an inconvenience but we are all human at the end of the day people do make mistakes whether it is a teenager or experienced manger working there, there is room for error. I would be happy you saved your paperwork to actually have that proof to clear up this issue. If they only cared about the immediate sale they would have not offered to pay for the procedure. Obviously the manager was doing his job and was correcting the error that was made, I am still confused of why you are so livid. Action was taken place on your behalf and that is was customer service is.
