I am a Valued Customer here at Walgreens Store Number 04449 at 2101 Sadler Road, Fernandina Beach, Florida, this morning I went through the drive thru and the technician who waited on me as I was picking up my two prescriptions informed me that my birthdate was wrong on the site (it was not) and that It would not take my insurance and that I would have to go home and call BC/BS Federal before I could get my medicine. I did just that and they said indeed my birthdate was correct and that Walgreens put the wrong I D in their system. I have had this prescription filled here since 2000 and have never had a problem. It was not very professional the way the technician acted and I am very easy going but they need to pay better attention to what they are doing, they waisted my whole morning dealing with their stupid mistake.
Mary Archer is an excellent pharmacist and she was not on duty but when you go in the morning they don't seem to know what they are doing. I am very disappointed in them.
