Hello. This will be the second time I have complained about the pharmacy services at this store on Dakota Street! I am sick to death of having to wait because the people who now run this pharmacy are incompetent!!!! I was at the Medicine Shop the other day on St. Marcy's Road and the pharmacist there says all those screw ups at the Dakota Shoppers has been GREAT FOR THEIR BUSINESS. And I can definitely see why. Everytime I go to pick up a prescription something is not there or they say I didn't call it in after I already spoke to someone from the pharmacy 2 days before. I can't take it anymore. That store has gone downhill ever since the new man took it over. They lost all the great people that were in the pharmacy department especially Bachue. Who we all loved and is the fountain of youth with his good cheer. Whomever decided to let this guy have a chance to run a store is a fool. And if they are friends than that would be called FAVOURITISM and should have no place in hiring the right people for the job. Not that anyone answered me last time about this same complaint. I just wanted to let you know I am leaving to a different pharmacy too. Even with the stupid phone system they can't get the orders right.Someone down there should really listen before that store has no pharmacy orders at all. I hope to get a reply from you but I doubt it as there was no reply last time. Oh and this self check out stuff is ridiculous. One is enough. I personally miss all the friendly staff that USED to work there and the few that have hung on like Kim, Jason and Pat from the mail office are the only reason I still come in.
